Middle & Upper School students are required to wear school uniforms for the remainder of the school year. On PE or athletics practice days, MS/US students must wear gym uniform (K-F tops and bottoms).
IMPORTANT: Beginning today, students arriving out of uniform will be asked to return home to change. Class absences for this reason will not be excused, nor will teachers be required to allow students to make up missed work or assessments.
This agenda-less gathering is an opportunity for families to share feedback and ask questions in a group setting with our Head of School. Zoom meeting instructions will be sent to all parents the day before the gathering. No RSVP required.
When scheduling meetings with teachers, please remember:
Meetings should be scheduled with only those teachers who currently teach your child(ren).
Please schedue only one conference slot per teacher, per student.
If your child(ren) has a single teacher for two different classes (e.g. Drama and English), please sign up for two different conference times, one per class.
Please log into teacher Zoom accounts one minute before your scheduled conference time.
If a translator is needed, please let us know by Tues 5 April.
Conference sign-ups close at 11:55 pm on Wed 6 Apr and the cutoff time for canceling an appointment online is 6:00 pm on Thurs 7 Apr.

They plan activities for special times of the year; visit Lower School classes; and organize community service experiences. Just like a kaleidoscope, when they learn to see themselves and each another in new ways, the results are spectacular!
About Children of Bellevue:
Children of Bellevue, Inc. initiates, funds, and implements special programs that improve the health, well-being, and development of more than 25,000 children and teens who visit Bellevue Hospital each year. To learn more about their Child Protection & Development Program, please visit here.
Kew-Forest is exploring ways to enhance the student-athlete experience in 2022-2023, while navigating challenges associated with the pandemic.
Currently, our Upper School athletic teams use loaner uniforms. Loaner uniforms are borrowed and then returned at the end of the season. Moving forward, student-athletes will be required to purchase their own uniform for each team sport they participate in.
Also on offer for student-athletes will be a one-time purchase of warm up gear to be worn on game days when traveling to other schools.
All Middle and Upper School parents are requested to please complete this brief survey by Mon 11Apr. The feedback will help assess price points for individual team uniforms and the warm up gear.
Donations may include nail polish, soap, moisturizer, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, lip gloss, nail polish remover, brushes, combs, hair ties, etc. Donations can be dropped off in the Main Rotunda at The Kew-Forest School.
