The Middle School Science program prepares students for advanced scientific inquiry through exploration of topics including chemistry, physics, earth science, and biology. Students hone application of the scientific method through hands-on activities, labs, projects, and group work. Students also readily apply learned concepts to solve real-world problems and translate their learning into written form. By the end of Middle School, a Kew-Forest science student is well versed at making observations, forming hypotheses, conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
