Deadline for Middle School Parents to Submit Permission Slip for Middle School Dance

  • The attire is semi-formal. Students may wear dresses, skirts, khakis, dress pants, button downs, blouses, blazers/sport jackets, ties, etc. 
  • Dinner and light snacks will be provided. 
The dance will be supervised by four chaperones. Supervision will be between the hours of 5:00-7:00 pm only. The School has no involvement in events after students leave the event. 
 
For your child(ren) to attend the Dance, parental permission is required. Please complete this permisson slip no later than 3:00 pm TODAY.
