MS/US Parent-Teacher Conference Sign-up Deadline
Please register at MyConferenceTime. All conferences will be hosted via Zoom. Please locate and save your child(ren)’s teachers’ Zoom information in advance. Faculty Zoom info is available at MyConferenceTime and here: Faculty PMIs/Passwords 2021-2022.
When scheduling meetings with teachers, please remember:
- Meetings should be scheduled with only those teachers who currently teach your child(ren).
- Please schedue only one conference slot per teacher, per student.
- If your child(ren) has a single teacher for two different classes (e.g. Drama and English), please sign up for two different conference times, one per class.
- Please log into teacher Zoom accounts one minute before your scheduled conference time.
- If a translator is needed, please let us know by Tues 5 April.
- Conference sign-ups close at 11:55 pm on Wed 6 Apr and the cutoff time for canceling an appointment online is 6:00 pm on Thurs 7 Apr.
