All Middle & Upper School conferences will be held via Zoom, so please locate and save your child(ren)’s teachers’ Zoom information in advance. You will find it next to their names in when you go to sign up for meetings, and you can also find it in this Faculty PMI/Passcodes 2024-25 sheet.
Note regarding meetings with Ms. Eaton:
In order to make herself available for translation needs of international families, Ms. Eaton's schedule is reserved for international family parent-teacher conference translation first. However, if Ms. Eaton is teaching your child in Dance class and you would like to set up a meeting with her regarding their performance in her class, she would be more than happy to schedule a meeting with you. To schedule a meeting with Ms. Eaton about your child's performance in Dance class, please email Ms. Eaton directly (leaton@kewforest.org).

Important notes as you schedule your meetings:
- Please register only to see teachers who currently teach your child(ren).
- Please register for only one conference slot per teacher, per student.
- If your child(ren) has a single teacher for two different classes (e.g. Drama and English), please sign up for two different conference times, one per class.
- Zoom information for each teacher can be found next to the teacher's name in your sign-ups. Please log into their Zoom account one minute prior to your scheduled time.
- If you need a translator, be sure to let us know by Wed 6 Nov 2024.
- Conference sign-ups will close at 12:00 pm on Wed 6 Nov 2024, and the cutoff time for canceling an appointment online is 12:00 pm that day.
