Medical Forms Due
Students whose medical forms and immunization records are not uploaded to Finalsite by end of day TODAY, Friday, August 30, or for whom we do not have proof of a September appointment by end of day TODAY (emailed to kewforest@kewforest.org), will not be permitted to attend school until said documentation is received by the School.
