The purpose of this trip is multifaceted. It will provide an opportunity for students to continue to get to know one another cross divisionally, as well as their teachers in a fun setting. It will also allow faculty and students to celebrate the start of winter break together!
Due to the trip, there will be NO CLASSES on Fri 20 Dec.
The cost to attend is $10.00. Payment can be made in cash or by check paid to the Kew-Forest School. The payment should be placed in a SEALED envelope with the child’s first and last name on the front and given to Ms. Vessio no later than Fri 13 Dec.
Trip Details:
Students are permitted to dress down for the trip, but are expected to dress appropriately.
Students must arrive at Kew-Forest by 8:00 am and report to their Homeroom class for attendance.
Students and faculty will take private buses to and from the World Ice Arena.
Ms. Vessio, Ms. Sanchez, and Ms. Coratti will come around to board the buses.
Buses will depart from Kew-Forest at 8:30 am sharp for the World Ice Arena.
Students will ice skate from approximately 9:00-11:15 am.
Buses will depart from World Ice Arena skating rink at 11:30 am and will return to Kew-Forest no later than 12:00 pm.
Lunch will NOT be provided by the School.
There are vending machines at the rink. Your child may bring money to purchase food, snacks, and beverages; however, we strongly advise no more than $25.
